Commit to Solve Issue#100

This is to solve issue#100.
The 'Create New List' has been removed in case of no Domain.
In views a conditional check is done to ensure a redirection to '/domain/new' in case of no existing domain and the method list_new() is called in /src/postorius/views/list.py
