Django < 1.9 doesn't support a strip argument to the CharField constructor, but *I think* behavior is as in 1.9 with strip=False. ...

This is admittedly a kludge and there may be a better way. I considered overriding CharField.to_python(), but this seems simpler.

Added notes about installing src modules when setting up development environment

When running through the setup as a beginner, I ran into an error because the packages that were pulled down from PyPI did not have all the features/implementations that were needed for a local build. I was told that its a common practice to use the modules from source when developing locally, so I wanted to add a note about using source modules so others may try this before filing potential bug reports. I added example usages as well of how to install from source as well.

I included a readme with instructions on how to run postorius. This essentially replaces postorius_standalone.
