pep8 fixes for list.py

Merged pjoshi's partial fix for Bug #1157875 to make the pipeline setting a dropdown list. We still need to get the correct pipeline options from Mailman Core (currently not available through REST). I also did a lot of fixing in pjoshi's test case in this merge. Remember, run tox before you make a merge request in the future!

Merging Abhilash Raj's code to remove the contact_address for domains, as it is no longer used.
