Updated the fields for the settings page accrding to configuration.txt. Also undid some recent changes and corrected a typo in the rest-client to make testing of the settings page easier.

Added copyright statements, changed import logic and moved templates.

Added a decorator/mockdata for the missing member data.

Extended the docstrings and added comments in the code.

Added a block "links" to base.html and added some links on top of the page to a few of the templates. Also added missing mock data for three fields.

Added a function to update the changes made to the list settings and added missing <form>-parts in settings.html.

Created one massive form for the settings page.

Corrected the decorators and started with the settings view and forms.

Bugfixing in the decorators containing mock data.

Separated out the decorators for the mock data in a new file.
