Added indent and line breaks for to be compatible with the automatic rendering of documentation.

Added copyright statements, changed import logic and moved templates.

Added user and membership settings test and headings for each section in the doctests.

Added line breaks to make the tests follow pep8 (where possible).

Added doctests for the UI.
